Educational and Professional Background

I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Human Development and the Family from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. I taught Kindergarten - 8th Grade in a one-room schoolhouse in Nebraska. Yes, they still existed back in the 80's. I have worked at Lopez for 17 years as an Integrated Services Para Substitute; 1st, 2nd, & 6th grade Literacy Para; Media Tech Para, and a Kindergarten Para.

Personal Interests and Hobbies

My family is my number 1 hobby. I have 4 children and a grandson.

About My Classroom

I am the Full-Day Kindergarten Para with Mrs. Shawna Sanderson.
