Welcome to Fourth Grade at Lopez!
Fourth grade is a year of big growth and exciting challenges! At Lopez, we continue to build leadership skills through the 8 Habits while encouraging independence and responsibility in learning.
Academically, students dive deeper into reading comprehension, writing, and critical thinking. In math, we explore multi-step problem solving and strengthen foundational skills that prepare students for upper grades. Science and social studies come alive as we investigate Colorado history, ecosystems, and energy, connecting classroom learning to the world around us.
