I grew up in the Washington, DC area and have lived in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. In 1998, our family relocated to Colorado. I am married and have two adult children who live nearby.
I attended the University of Maryland and Millersville University. My principal's license is from Colorado State. I was a classroom teacher for 16 years before moving into school administration in 2015. I love working with the Lopez community of students, staff, and families!
I love reading and like many different types of books. Solving crossword puzzles, playing board games, and doing escape rooms with my family are other favorite activities. Outdoors, I enjoy walking, gardening, and paddleboarding.
