A Leader in Me School

A Leader in Me School

Music

In the general music room, students experience music in a variety of ways through playing instruments alone and together, dancing, movement, composing, singing, playing music games, creating meaningful musical projects, and generally exploring music in many different ways. Students are given a variety of choices to express themselves and to create and experience music in all forms. From Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, students are able to find what kinds of musical experiences move them so when they leave us they are well prepared for the things they enjoy.

Choir, Chime Choir, and Recorder Consort are semi-annual offerings provided through the school. Information and dates can be found on the choir website.
