The STEM Lab at Lopez Elementary School is designed to introduce and develop students’ 21st century skills and STEM content knowledge through a guided framework of creative and relevant student projects. Inquiry-based learning is fostered through the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The STEM program at Lopez provides collaborative experiences and expects students to apply skills in unexpected situations.
